96sqm Noida plot fetches Rs 8 crore

The city’s realty market touched another high on September 24 when the Noida Authority auctioned a 96-square-metre commercial plot in the upscale Sector 18 at Rs 8.64 lakh per square metre, totalling Rs 8 crore.

The authority also auctioned nine other plots out of 78 commercial properties put up for auction and generated a revenue of Rs 60 crore. The other properties sold are located in different parts of the city including sectors 16, 50, 51, 40, 63 and 110. The total area auctioned measured 1,150 square metres, with each plot between 18 and 372 metres in size. The reserve price had been fixed between Rs 1.96 and Rs 4.45 lakh per square metre and according to officials, the Floor Area Ratio (FAR).
